What's In Our Food?


After visting Harold in the caravan we spent some time analysing the contents of some foods we eat at school.
There were 3 main ingredients that we were looking for: Sugar, fat, and soduim.
Here are our charts to show what we found.

  23. I realised that some food is not good for us and that the healthy food comes from two places one is animils and the other one comes from the ground and is called fruit and veges.
